Current Mosquito Control Operations

During this period of heightened surveillance and control in response to the ongoing dengue outbreak in the greater Tampa Bay area, as well as other mosquito-borne disease priorities in Pasco County, the Pasco County Mosquito Control District is temporarily focusing its resources on wide-area mosquito control and disease response activities rather than prioritizing individual service requests.

The information below provides a daily overview of recent ground and aerial mosquito control treatment activities conducted throughout Pasco County. Treatment locations and activities are based on surveillance data, mosquito populations, disease risk, and other operational priorities.
