PCMCD Annual Report: Fiscal Year 2024–2025

PCMCD Annual Report: Fiscal Year 2024–2025

In accordance with Section 189.0694, Florida Statutes, special districts are required to establish goals and objectives for each program and activity, along with performance measures and standards to determine achievement. Beginning October 1, 2024, each district must also publish an annual report on its website by December 1 each year, describing:

  1. The goals and objectives achieved, and the performance measures and standards used to assess them.
  2. Any goals or objectives the district did not achieve.

The Pasco County Mosquito Control District (PCMCD) Fiscal Year 2024–2025 Annual Report fulfills this statutory requirement. It provides a comprehensive overview of how PCMCD achieved the performance measures established in our strategic plan, highlights ongoing priorities, and details the District’s response to operational, environmental, and public health challenges over the past year.

This report demonstrates PCMCD’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in protecting public health and maintaining effective mosquito control services across Pasco County.
