Surplus Property Listing – Pending Sale
In alignment with the Board’s decision to abandon plans for relocation and move forward with divesting surplus land located on US Highway 41, the Pasco County Mosquito Control District has officially executed a listing agreement with Dewey Mitchell’s Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Properties Group, Commercial Division.
The property is now listed and being actively marketed through a multi-channel strategy that includes:
- MLS listing
- Email outreach to over 400 targeted builders, developers, and investors
- Promotional brochure
- Planned exposure on 60+ commercial real estate platforms
- Outreach to previously interested buyers
This step reflects the District’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and strategic land use. We remain fully engaged in the process and dedicated to delivering on our promise to responsibly manage public resources.
